What is nickel wire mesh?
Nickel Wire Mesh is made of pure nickel wire (Nickel purity>99.8%) by weaving machines, the weaving pattern includes plain weaving, dutch weaving, reverse dutch weaving, etc. We are capable of producing ultra fine nickel mesh, up to 400 meshes per inch.

Nickel wire mesh is mostly used as filter media and fuel cell electrode. They are woven with high quality nickel wire (purity > 99.5 or purity > 99.9 depending on customer requirement). These products are made of high quality, high purity nickel materials. We produce these products following the industrial standards strictly.

Nickel 200 vs 201: In comparison to nickel 200, nickel 201 has almost the same nominal elements. However, its carbon content is low.

 

Nickel Mesh can be divided into two types:
Nickel wire mesh (nickel wire cloth) and nickel expanded metal. The high strength of Nickel alloy 200/ 201 wire mesh/ wire netting also comes with high ductility strength. Nickel expanded metals are widely used as electrodes and current collectors for various kinds of batteries. Nickel expanded metal is made by expanding high quality nickel foils into mesh.

Nickel wire mesh is woven using high purity nickel wire. It has high strength, good corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity. Nickel Wire Mesh is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, petroleum, electrical, construction and other similar applications.
